Hi, I am Rajesh. I have spent the last six years learning and growing as a Customer Support Engineer, serving as a front-end service desk analyst for our top client and managing a subset of the helpdesk as a team lead. One of my proudest achievements was the mitigation of the remote antivirus installation issue that was recognized and appreciated by the client last year. I have always been interested in moving to the sector of digital core banking solutions. Right now, I am working as a Trainee Associate Consultant at Kiya.ai in CBS Implementation (financial inclusion) for Tripura State Co-operative Bank.
