As a Product Manager at Lively, a fin-tech and benefits startup, I collaborate with various teams to enhance our B2B enrollments and partner integrations. Notably, I reduced onboarding time for banking channel partners from two weeks to under one hour & removed the need for engineering resources during this process. Additionally, I sped up our customer onboarding time by an average of 10 days through launching a newly designed workflow backed by data analysis and customer research.

I’ve also led backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retro, and scrum ceremonies for a growing P&E team, while aiding in the execution of work where possible; including but not limited to engineering support tasks, database research, and QA testing.

Previously, at Cisco, I enabled $100b partners to use integrations with 3rd party vendors like ServiceNow and Tableau. To aid our GTM efforts, I partnered with a Technical Marketing Engineer to build a pandemic contact tracing app leveraging our Client Proximity API — creating a safe return to work for a Fortune 100 conglomerate.

I have a Bachelor's of Science in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University and have experience with APIs, JavaScript, Jira, JSON, Networking, Postman, Pendo, SalesForce, SQL, Tray.io, XML, Agile (SAFe), Squads (Spotify model), and The Challenger Sales Model.
