Nicolas Turchi is an ARB-licensed and RIBA chartered Architect, serving as an Assistant Professor in Advanced Digital Design at the Manchester School of Architecture. He also holds the position of Adjunct Professor in Computational and Parametric Design at the University of Bologna and acts as a Visiting Professor at the Polytechnic of Milan and The Geodesic University of Sofia.
Nicolas is an associate at DesignMorphine and the Founding Director of nt-ar. He holds a Master's degree in Architecture II from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture I from the University of Bologna.
With a diverse international background, Nicolas has garnered experience from various esteemed practices, including Zaha Hadid Architects, Peter Eisenman Architects, MCA Mario Cucinella Architects, and Hernan Diaz Alonso Architects.
Nicolas has showcased his work and expertise through exhibitions and lectures worldwide, at prestigious venues such as Harvard University, the Architecture Venice Biennale, Texas A&M University, the Architectural Association, and Salone del Mobile in Milan. His research focuses on emergent technologies and their implications on architectural theory, particularly exploring the integration of the fourth dimension into architectural discourse.
