Currently, I am working as a Research Specialist, where I am responsible for collecting data from different sources, analyzing information, and creating new ideas and development concepts. In this role. My duties include confirming and updating lead records through online research, email validation, and phone verification. I also schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients to attend sales presentations via online channels.
Prior to my current position, I worked as a Research Analyst, where I gathered, arranged, and corrected research data to create representative graphs and charts highlighting results for presentations. In this role, I collected data on competitors, consumers, and the marketplace and consolidated data into presentations and reports. I validated incoming data to check information accuracy and integrity while independently locating and correcting concerns.
I hold a Bachelor of Technology from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, Rajasthan. I have also completed several courses to enhance my skills, including Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Basics of Social Media Management, and Microsoft Excel training.
As a data-driven and critical thinker, I am highly skilled in data collection and analysis, statistics, Python, and online research. I am also a great communicator and proficient in email validation, lead generation, data entry, research projects, searching, and data analysis.
